…DOW -118…today looks very interesting…and the long side of this market appears to offer the something special…this increase in daily movement is VERY good…more big moves give a better chance of bigger returns, both directions…the first :30 minutes today has opened up a world of possibilities, and in combination with a Friday, anything is still possible….but the upside has to start its treck now…

…February has been in my sites for many months now, and now that we are right here, this may be my large entry shot into this market for a longer term…

…DOW -119 …WMT is just getting hammered …the lowest point in a year….that is not cool… but there is always 2 ways to look at it…even the WMT fans are throwing in the towel…I just spent $110 bucks in WMT and I don’t know why I even went there…

…DOW -85…but news and reports and politics and trader commentary has NOTHING to do with my trading…i did not get out of stocks because of it, and i will not get into stocks because of it…
…I’ll be debating my decision on stock buying all day and into the weekend…if I do buy today, it will just be part of an entry plan…I like price Ppportunity, Time, and Date…but if these and other things do not react properly, i’ll be right back out…

…DOW -70…todays market offers nothing for RAZOR TRADING…but a longer term position is coming into focus…

…DOW -101…there has not been a Friday blow off in at least 3 months…finish down happens, but not the huge decline…820 S&P has been the best support and should continue to hold up today…

…DOW -113…not paying great attention today, kids have been home w/half school days everyday this week…BUT, 1 more short chance coming up soon…this market has a chance to close below 7980…and still keep the S&P around 820…

…DOW -160…my buy decision will have to wait until this market proves it can do something…anything will do…an S&P close above 831 in the last few minutes would be cool…S&P @ 825…not even challenging 820, which is good downside protection, but i need some upside indicator to light it up…

…2 trading days left in the month… think I’ll check the economic calendar, after missing the Fed meeting announcement yesterday…

…DOW -112…gap open lower, but the gap could be easy to fill…that still leaves us with a low for the day…if the open gap fills, we are in for a dull day that has both buy and sell indicators…Friday closes the month, so trends and moves hsould actually be in bloom, so that leaves a bunch of diverging moves…

…a rally right now …DOW -88..will ruin the down trend for the day…that will leave no trend for the day…and that is not cool for a RAZOR DAY TRADE…

…DOW -149 and no rally was found….the trend is down, but it really isn’t very strong yet…BUT the only trade today is DOWN…

…DOW -209…that would be down…the 1 thing this whole market meltdown has lacked , has not happened yet…Trading Curbs…set 10%, the trading collars have not really comne into any play during this 40% pullback…i do not predict one today, but each time there is a selloff or huge rally for that matter, the collars come into mind…the market will need to get much more volatile before that kinda move hits the tape, but as we start to get multi hundred point moves, keep in mind that sooner or later, we will hit some trading curbs…

…the market looks to pop this morning…and here I was thinking we are setting up nicely…but that was on hope that we would NOT repeat the SAME month end rally that we have every month last quarter….i was looking for the month end blowoff to nibble in…it is not the level i need, but rather the sentiment of the market…3 trading days left this month…

…Tuesday. DOW +50…The market does not have the luxery of pulling back to even and hanging around down at the flat level…but stay positive for the morning and that may open today inot a Tuesday exception…the open is actually very positive to a day that does not collapse…even yesterdays +100 point rally that failed was held up by the early morning action…Look for a day that thrives, not just survives …
…4 trading days left in the month.

…DOW +45…not convincing either way today, but the positive move most of the morning favors not a deep sell off anytime today…

…DOW +36…and the market just shot itself in the, whatever body part a market has…terrible reaction around 850…if the November lows were not just below here, I’d day this market is in for trouble…just like it looked in August…but the lows are below here, so I can’t make that call, even though the market is acting poorly…

…DOw +41…the market right now is screaming, “SELL ME”, in the middle of a day that says “I’ve done what i need to do to be just fine…”…I need psychiatric help, i’m hearing voices screaming…..

…a sad day in our family…my wife’s Mother passed away last night from a battle with cancer…We love her very much.
